Most parcels leave us with a tracking number, and most times the parcel will be carried by Australia Post. Some framed items will leave us by Aramex Couriers. We will tell you if we choose to do that. Some small items are send free shipping by letter so there’s no tracking for those.
Once we send your order we will send you the tracking details. This will be via PayPal if you paid by PayPal, and by email if you paid using a debit/credit card through the Eway gateway, or if you’ve used a gift voucher. You will also receive an email from our website confirming that your order has been shipped. If you cannot see the tracking details/number anywhere please check your junk folders first, and then email us for the details.
We aim to dispatch most orders within 4 days, and most are 2-3days. If longer we’ll contact you beforehand. Once the parcel leaves us we can do nothing to control the delivery times, so if you need it quickly please choose Express Post for a speedier service. We are always eager to assist you in any way we can, but we can’t control the delivery times. We recommend you follow the parcels yourself on the AusPost website rather than rely on them notifying you. We also recommend you use the AusPost app for mobile devices to manage your deliveries.
