We ship almost all items by Australia Post or Aramex (was Fastway) Couriers depending on the mix of items ordered. Glass and fragile products will normally be shipped with Aramex Couriers. Free shipping items are small and are thus sent using the normal AusPost letter service. There’s no tracking for free shipping items.

All items in stock will be shipped within two working days of placing your order, however, if an item is out of stock or needs to be block mounted or framed despatch will take longer. We will promptly inform you if there will be a delay in shipping by email or phone. Please note our opening hours may change over public holidays too.
If your item is urgent – e.g. a birthday present – please consider selecting Express Post and let us know in the extra information box so that we can take steps to send the parcel out as a priority. Poster Plus cannot control shipping times for items sent by Australia Post or Aramex Couriers, but we’re happy to work with you to dispatch as soon as we can. Both AusPost and Aramex should email you notifications and we also email you tracking details when we send them. If you cannot see your emails please check your junk folder.
As we make all framed and block mounted products to order, these products could take up to two weeks to ship depending on order volumes. However, please advise us if you have an urgent or specific date you require the product by – we will do our best to accommodate it.
We keep delivery costs to a minimum and will ship the most secure way for a particular product. We reserve the right to adjust freight pricing for remote or difficult destinations. We will contact you in this case and offer you a full refund if the adjusted freight price does not suit you.
If you’re not around to take delivery, or if there is no safe place to leave the parcel, it is taken to a nearby Post Office. You should then have 10 business days to collect it before it is returned to us. Poster Plus does not act on behalf of or speak for the Post Office. This information has been copied from the Australia Post website. If you miss collecting it and wish to have your order resent Poster Plus will wait until the parcel is received back. We reserve the right to recharge the shipping cost.
We are happy to ship paper products, both raw and laminated to international destinations, however, we are unable to ship block mounted or framed products internationally. Shipping costs are calculated using Australia Standard Parcel Post or International Letter Post for small items. Parcel Post has tracking, Letter Post does not.
